Google Drive
Google Drive is an online cloud storage system where you can store all files, photos, videos, email attachments etc. It is a free tool and when used with Google for Education there is an unlimited amount of storage. Google Drive acts as a home for creating files such as docs, sheets and slides, organising folders, sharing files and collaborating with others.

Features of Google Drive
- Data Storage: Standard Google accounts have up to 15 GB of free storage but Google for Education users have unlimited storage.
- Access Anywhere: With Google Drive there is no need for USB storage devices, files can be accessed from any computer/device that has internet.
- Collaboration: Chosen files can be shared with other people/groups and allow them to edit/view/comment on the files shared. Invitations can be sent in a swift manner with the original user controlling the access of others.
- Compatible with all Files: Google Drive isn't just restricted to Google files, it can store any file type such as Microsoft Office files and PDFs with the option to converting file formats.
